Trustee Board
Roderick Stead – Chair of the Trustee Board
Roderick is responsible for:
- ensuring effective leadership and direction of the organisation
- representing the organisation externally, communicating with key stakeholders, local authorities and other funders
- line management and regular liaison with the Bureau Manager
- responsible for representing the Bureau at Citizens Advice Surrey
Richard Fitzpatrick – Treasurer
Richard is responsible for:
- ensuring that all financial affairs are in good order and advising the Board on long-term financial planning
- ensuring that End of Year Reports and Accounts are prepared and properly filed in accordance with Charity Commission requirements and that the annual budget is prepared
Julie Constable – Trustee

Selwyn Fernandes – Trustee
Selwyn is responsible for the Strategic Business Plan (including Risk Management), Service Delivery Projects (including H2C) and IT (including Business Continuity Planning)
Michael Hoban – Trustee
Mike, alongside Mary is one of our longest serving Trustees and was previously reposnsible for the Business Plan
Mary Tomlin – Trustee
Mary is responsible for Payroll and Health and Safety
Sangeeta Ahuja – Trustee
Sangeeta is the Company Secretary and is the Oxted CAB liaison
Alun Jones – Council Representative
Robin Bloore – Council Representative
Management Team
Sarah Henke-Monti – Bureau Manager
Sarah is responsible for leading the work of the paid staff team.
Her main duties include:
- leading the development of policy and ensuring the achievement of organisational objectives
- leading and representing Citizens Advice Caterham & Warlingham externally
- ensuring Citizens Advice Caterham & Warlingham has the funding and resources necessary to deliver its services efficiently and effectively and secure long term viability
Richard Davis – Deputy Manager
Richard is responsible for providing Advice Session Supervision at the Bureau and supervising and supporting volunteer advisers during the advice session.
His main duties include:-
- managing, co-ordinating and supervising the delivery of services from within one or more service outlets
- providing technical support and acting as consultant to the advisers
- ensuring delivery of agreed level of service and adequate staff cover
- monitoring quality of advice given to clients during the advice session
- maintaining standards of service delivery
- ensuring social policy issues are identified and acted upon as part of the advice-giving process
Richard Payne – Volunteer Representative
Richard is responsible for representing the views of the volunteer staff.
